Excellent! Jack McVey did a great job - very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with! This was not my first Subaru with this dealership nor was it the Jack McVey did a great job - very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with! This was not my first Subaru with this dealership nor was it the first time I worked with Jack. In June 2010, I worked with Jack and bought a 2011 Outback. All the servicing on that vehicle was with this dealership. After over 191,000 miles I decide it was time for new vehicle. I called Jack and set an appointment almost exactly 14 years after I bought the Outback. I appreciate all the new features of the new 2025 Forester I bought and the comfort that comes with knowing my wife and I will be working with a reliable service department in the coming years. More

I am a loyal Subaru customer since 1995 when I got my first just before graduating from professional school. Every time I have gone to buy a new car (its only been 3 in 29 years, lol), Subaru always com first just before graduating from professional school. Every time I have gone to buy a new car (its only been 3 in 29 years, lol), Subaru always comes out on top, whether its new or used, and for every reason. This time, salesperson Kevin McDougal substituted for Jack and he was every bit as easy and informative and supportive as Jack was on my last purchase. He was outstanding. I have also used the service department for all my cars. They do a standup job as well, no matter who I am working with. I am so grateful to know I will always be taken care of like a VIP at Tucson Subaru. I do love Tucson Subaru and would give 10 stars if that was possible! More

Another extraordinary service experience at Tucson Subaru. I made an appointment on TucsonSubaru.com at a time that was convenient for me. The following day I received a phone call confirming my appointment, quoting a cost estimate, and offering me a complimentary loaner vehicle. On the date of my appointment I was greeted promptly by my go-to service advisor Dan Ford who, after confirming the service work to be performed, directed me to Chris at the loaner desk. I was on the road in the loaner within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Later in the day, the drop off of the loaner and pickup of my Forester was just as efficient and convenient. After two failed attempts by Safelite to replace my cracked windshield with the correct glass, my insurance company transferred my claim to Tucson Subaru. Because of the issues with Safelite, I asked Dan to verify the part number of the windshield to be installed before proceeding with the replacement. Dan phoned me and confirmed the correct windshield was being installed. Upon inspecting my new windshield when picking up my car, you would never know any work was done. Everything looked perfect!
