Service Manager is unprofessional.
He sent the only Shuttle driver to get lunch for staff (a load of hamburgers) while I waited 1 and 1/4 hours for a ride from my home back to the deal
He sent the only Shuttle driver to get lunch for staff (a load of hamburgers) while I waited 1 and 1/4 hours for a ride from my home back to the dealership to pick up my Kona. When I asked him why he did that, he said only "a lack of communication." If he wants to supply lunch to staff, then he should go pick it up himself instead of using the only shuttle available while a Customer waits. Devin Timm had said I'd be picked up in 20 minutes. He also said issue was "poor communication."
Neither said, "I'm so sorry! Let us make it up to you!" There was more of a defensiveness and reluctant remorse.
Furthermore, the Service Department had my Kona a full day and failed to fix it due to an error with diagnosing the problem. I've now had the Kona at this dealership 3 times with same issue, not fixed. A 2021 with less than 10,0o0 miles, and they can't repair it properly. Ridiculous! No loaner vehicles available. Why not?
I have never experienced such poor Customer Service at any other dealership in the last 20 years.
