I have bought five different trucks with Elder four and this last one they saw that I had a situation a day abuse my need of switching the truck they register my truck for only five months. I lost $500 on this last one they saw that I had a situation a day abuse my need of switching the truck they register my truck for only five months. I lost $500 on that. I have issues with the truck being a 2023 platinum $100,000 truck have issues with it. They did not want to take car of unless I pay for They put an insurance for 85,000 miles on my truck that cost me almost $3000 I need some covered nothing pretty much I am upset. I would never recommend Elder for to anybody or buy myself another truck there. Thank you for the lousy service after I have been such a faithful customer. More

Elder Ford has always treated me fair and with excellent service. The only reason I started going to help afford when Dan Beavers started working there after he had been working at another dealership. Dan w service. Dan was my service advisor at Veterans Ford before he transferred to Elder Ford. I have purchased a vehicle from Elder Ford in the past, but I had it serviced at Veterans Ford when Dan was working there. The attitude, information you get, and respect from your service advisor makes all the difference in the world. Dan takes my calls, And somehow knows the status of my vehicle pretty much every time I call. I have always gotten a text as to when my vehicle is ready. More
