Had a good experience and I'm enjoying my (used but new for me) car. Dalton was great and he went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Marty was awesome too! He made sure I got the best deal I could get including financing, warranty and extra ding-dent protection for my vehicle. Great guys to work with! :) I did have some concerns about a few fault codes on the car I purchased. Unfortunately, management never addressed my concerns, even after I sent multiple emails inquiring about it. However.... HUGE shout out to the shop foreman~! (cool tats and great guy!) He was able to immediately help me with my concerns. He verified the existing codes were miscommunications in the cars computer due to the vehicle's battery being disconnected multiple times. He did all that in about 10mins. I'm extremely grateful for his help. More

Terrible experience, from financing to car delivery. The finance person -Marty was the worse. He was obviously annoyed that I wasn’t buying all the extras and rushed me through the process. He was so unprofessional, I should have walked out! After I took possession of the car, it was dirty, gas-less and it was late at night. I had to wait for the sales person to get the gas card and go full up the tank! The experience couldn’t get any worse. I called the dealer after a few days because I didn’t know how to work my car and I was feeling put off by the whole situation. I was told by Curtis that my trade in was a “bad deal” and if I wanted my trade in back that I could have it back because they weren’t going to make any money off the trade in. Then, if this wasn’t enough, the finance department never paid off my trade in. I had my lender call me and a late fee was applied to my account because the ball was dropped. I truly regret giving this dealer my business. I will not be retuning. More
