Adam went out of his way to make the car buying process as painless as possible. I called and texted him repeatedly and he always replied quickly and courteously. After driving off the lot with the “new to me car” I just bought “As Is” I noticed a chip in the windshield. I thought “great. I bought it as is now I’m screwed “. Then I thought “well this will be a good test of how seriously Spitzer takes customer care”. I went back to the dealership immediately, showed the chip to Adam. He immediately called the service manager and she immediately said they would fix it. No hassle no argument. This is the second pre owned we’ve purchased from this dealership and it is my go to place for new cars. More
