I had texted him to let him know I wanted to test drive the loaner car NX they had. He had the car pulled up for me with the AC on and an ice cold water in the cup holder. Isaac and I went on a test drive up to the service department which is essentially like the Waldorf Astoria. Just another 5 star experience at Lexus of Brookfield. It was great chatting with Dale as well, he fixed me a nice cup of coffee! More

After a not-so-great experience at a different Napleton dealer, my husband and I were incredibly grateful and relieved to be immediately greeted and treated like family as soon as we arrived on the lot. St dealer, my husband and I were incredibly grateful and relieved to be immediately greeted and treated like family as soon as we arrived on the lot. Steve was hands down the best, most patient salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was genuine, knowledgeable and did everything he could to get us into a car we loved and fit our budget. He was so generous and accommodating for our u usual schedules and even purchased a bouquet of flowers to put in our new car as a nice surprise. Financing paperwork with Chris was smooth and thorough and he answered all of our questions and was just great to chat with. Before we left with our new car, Wade went through all the technology and settings in the vehicle so we weren’t left paging through an owners manual to figure out how to pair our cell phones and program the radio. I’ve purchased 5+ cars in my lifetime and no experience has ever come close to the incredible service we received at Lexus of Brookfield. Steve and LoB earned customers for life! More
