Chris Zilvitis in finance was professional, found us a financing rate that beat our credit union, explained the protection options without being pushy, and made the paperwork straightforward. Bob had the Jeep fully detailed and it felt like it was brand new when we drove it home. Overall, the buying process was smooth and we're thrilled with our Jeep. First time dealing with Lexus of Brookfield. Dale greeted us right away. He was friendly, but not pushy. Answered whatever questions I had, and got us a car to test drive. Took time to show us their new service department, and proceeded to explain the features of the new 2026 Lexus NX 350. After the test drive, I had to have time to think things over. Dale said that was fine, and if had any questions, I shouldn't hesitate to give him a call. I did call Dale back inquiring about a car they had in transit that was exactly what I wanted. Dale set up means of deposit to hold the car for me. Being 60 miles from the dealership was not a problem in arriving at a deal. Through a number of phone calls, of which Dale was always available and helpful, and we closed the deal. What impressed me the most was the 'straightforwardness' manner that Dale demonstrated. He gave advice that was helpful to me in closing what I believed was the most beneficial to me. Thus, I am now a proud owner of a 2026 Lexus NX 350! More
