The purchase process working with Dale was exceptional on many levels, and have not found any other salesman or dealership that comes close. I visit the showroom occasionally when my NX is in for routine service and I’m always greeted warmly and respectfully. Dale supports the sale throughout ownership by staying “connected” to the sale, meaning he finds solutions to issues, and follows through to completion. This 5 star customer support is not found in car salespeople! I Highly Recommend Dale Roeglin for your next Lexus purchase. The Brookfield Lexus dealership is also 5 star, the showroom is spotless year round, several models on showroom floor all meticulously parked and aligned to the polished tile floor. The 2019 Lexus NX300 F Sport Ultrasonic Blue has been without question the BEST vehicle I’ve ever purchased! You often hear of Lexus reputation regarding quality and I’m writing to say it is true, without question! In 100k mi & 7 years of ownership, not one major or minor repair! The cost of ownership was general maintenance as recommended every 5k or 10k miles. Brakes, Tires and Oil changes, that’s it!
