As soon as I saw the ES350 posted, I reached out to Brookfield Lexus and they were immediately responsive. The car had just arrived, so I couldn’t see it right away while it went through inspection and service, but the rep kept me updated and got me access literally the day it came out of the shop (it wasn’t even detailed yet). It was exactly the type of used car you expect from a large, reputable dealer—no surprises, ran great, and in excellent condition. The price was also exceptionally reasonable given the current used‑car market, which made the decision even easier. I took it for a test drive and knew I wanted to buy it. Bob Hill, the salesman, was extremely thorough and made sure everything was taken care of before the car went out. He had the team double‑check a few items and then sent it back to be detailed while we handled paperwork and grabbed food. He kept us updated multiple times and genuinely appreciated our patience during the wait. He offered snacks and drinks, and even shuttled me over to pick up my wife at the rental drop‑off so we could return the car on time. It was a long wait, but the end result made it worth it. This was a 2014 Lexus ES350 with 140k miles, and it came out looking nearly brand new—interior, exterior, engine, everything. We drove the two hours home and it was flawless the whole way. I was impressed. Honestly, my experiences with dealers up until this point haven’t been great, but this stop changed that. I’ll definitely check back in the future. Bob Hill and the service team did excellent work, and this dealership is a premier stop if you’re shopping for a trustworthy used Lexus (or new). More

We had originally gone to the dealership of the brand we had been loyal to for years, intending to look into trading in our current vehicle. After having difficulty finding anyone available to assist us, we decided to stop at the nearby Lexus dealership instead. From the moment we arrived, the difference in experience was remarkable. Before we even made it through the door, Ben Briselden opened it for us and greeted us warmly. That first interaction set the tone for the entire experience. Ben was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without ever making us feel pressured. He took the time to answer our questions, show us the models we were interested in, and learn what we were looking for. Although we hadn’t even planned on test driving a vehicle that day, he encouraged us to take one of the models we liked for a drive so we could experience it for ourselves. Having never owned a Lexus before, purchasing one was a significant change for us. We had been very loyal to our previous vehicle brand, and we did not walk into Lexus that day expecting to buy a car. While the Lexus name and reputation may have gotten us through the door, Ben and the experience he provided are what gave us the confidence to make the investment and try something new. He made what could have been a stressful decision feel comfortable and exciting. The excellent service continued throughout the entire purchasing process. The financing team was very helpful in working with us to find the best financing terms available and took the time to clearly explain the different warranty options so we could make informed decisions about what was right for us. We appreciated that the financing process felt informative and helpful rather than pressured. Jose was also wonderful and took the time to walk us through the vehicle’s features and technology so we felt comfortable and confident with our new Lexus before leaving. What stood out most was that there was not a single negative interaction throughout the entire experience. The difference between Lexus of Brookfield and other dealerships we have dealt with was night and day. Rather than feeling as though the dealership was doing us a favor by selling us a vehicle, we genuinely felt that our business was valued and that they appreciated our decision to purchase from them. We are extremely happy with our Lexus and with the service we have received. We would absolutely recommend Lexus of Brookfield, and especially Ben, to anyone considering a new vehicle. His kindness, professionalism, and the way he treated us from the moment we arrived made all the difference. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Lexus of Brookfield for years to come.
