She was very patient with us and I ask a lot of questions. She took her time with us and made us feel both welcome and important. When they didn't have the car with the color interior we wanted, she immediately searched and found one in a near-by state. We had it within a day. When we picked up the vehicle, it was covered in a big, red bow and we were met with a dozen red roses, welcoming us to the Lexus family! Never have we ever!! Taylor is extremely detailed-oriented and thorough. She has a great personality and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. WE LOVE OUR NEW LEXUS!! THANK YOU, TAYLOR!!! More

I recently bought a vehicle from Lexus of Brookfield and MK was our salesperson. Not once were we pushed into anything, he answered any and all questions we had (and even called me on his day off to answer MK was our salesperson.
