We actually purchased the vehicle JJ ( finance) traded in and the extra time he spent with us was not expected but was very appreciated! and Last, but certainly not least- we took delivery and there was a dozen long stem red roses on the vehicle for me!! This was absolutely incredible - I have never seen such service before from a sales consultant and I’m in sales! Dale was so great and he certainly made me think of new creative ways to step up my game :) Not only the guys we worked with..but the entire staff- we were laughing and cracking jokes with them! You never know what you are going to get walking into a any dealership, much less a Luxury dealership and we felt so comfortable- it was an experience we literally told everyone about all weekend! From the initial phone call to taking delivery of my 2019 RX 350 Sport, my vehicle purchase at Lexus of Brookfield was above par! Dale is the most kind, service-oriented and knowledgeable sales person I’ve ever purchased a car from and let me tell you - he made me drive the xxxx outta that car on my test drive. It was wild… He really showed me what it can do and how responsive and intuitive the vehicle is. Dale said to call if I ever need anything; gave me his cell #. He greeted me with roses too! Lexus Wade, as he’s referred to, spent nearly an hour with me…like me own personal technology guru. He sent me his very own “how to” YouTube videos and have me his cell # in case I have any questions. I’m overwhelmed and all of my expectations were exceeded!
