Having an honest dealership is rare, so I'm glad we have Cleveland Toyota here in our area. This is my 2nd vehicle I've purchased through them with Kenny Jones being my repeat salesman. Kenny's knowledge of the vehicles, both new and used, are super helpful. With my wife's brand new Rav4 Hybrid last month and now my used 2022 Tundra, he's been very knowledgeable and upfront about everything, and even on the phone he has been super responsive anytime I call. We'll be back for my 2nd daughter's car for sure because we love the reliability and quality of Toyota vehicles and this particular dealership is far superior to the rest. I also want to give a shout out to our finance person Crystal Thompson who is always so thorough and pretty quick with our financing, and just a kind-hearted person in general. The floor managers and service ladies at the front desk who are always kind make a big impression as well, and the other salesmen who never fail to greet us on our way in and always open the doors for my wife and daughters like gentlemen should. Had a great used vehicle at an unbeleivable price. They also immediately ordered new front rotors for the vehicle after I'd noticed the breaks pulsing a bit (no negotiation necessary). They even allowed me bay time with a mechanic to verify the computer diagnostics and mechanical condition of the vehicle. Salesman Gregg Bain was excellent, and genuinely cared. Between the day of the test drive and the day I came back for final purchase, I think he remembered every word out of my mouth. Great guy. Highly recommend this dealer. More

Kenny Jones was our salesman. We’ve dealt with a lot of different ones at other dealerships both good and bad and he was definitely one of the good ones. He was very knowledgeable with the technical questions, but spoke in layman terms to make it understandable to my wife. He was cordial and friendly, and worked hard to make us happy. He was upfront and not pretentious so it made us feel like we were dealing with someone honest. Crystal Thompson did our financing and she was very kind and patient and worked hard as well. I felt a little bad because I had a work meeting so we were rushing, but she did the paperwork as fast as she could and was still polite and had a smile the whole time. I’ve also never had a manager ant a dealership introduce himself to us, which Tyler Rutledge did. He came over a few times to check on us and see if everything was being taken care of to our liking. Lastly, Weston Whitaker took care of getting our car ready to drive off the lot. Because we were in a rush it put a lot of pressure on him, but we are thankful he got us our car as quickly as possible and thank him for going the extra mile to make us happy. Our overall experience with Toyota of Cleveland? One of the best and we give it a 5 out of 5 stars! More

Purchased a 2020 Lexus RC350 for my wife at Toyota of Cleveland. I live in Chattanooga, but haven't purchased a car in Chattanooga area or suburbs in over 20 years. Most dealers I've dealt with here se Cleveland. I live in Chattanooga, but haven't purchased a car in Chattanooga area or suburbs in over 20 years. Most dealers I've dealt with here seem to think people won't drive a few hours to get a better deal which is not the case with me. I've previously driven 8 hours one way to save $4000 on a vehicle. I actually went to Atlanta Sunday to look at a comparable Lexus. I explained this to my salesman Austin Calfee and his sales manager Mike Covington. These two went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I wanted and kept my money local. They are a laid back dealership and don't have the "better go buy that somewhere else" attitude. I feel they worked hard to earn my business and just sold me my first local car in 23 years. Nothing but good words to say for the whole team. They have earned a new customer. I will be back. More
