I want to specifically acknowledge Craig Widenhoefer, in the service department for his professionalism and great service. I have never had such service as I have received at Schaumburg. I have been going the service department for his professionalism and great service. I have never had such service as I have received at Schaumburg. I have been going there for 12 year's and I will never go anywhere else. From Chris Haley the General Manager down to the cleaning lady are so polite and friendly. When I buy my next Toyota I will go see Jerry McDuffie, I have had Toyota since 1979 and I'll never have a different car. Thank you for having a GREAT TEAM. Martha Mika More

my service repair experience The service was ok. i will give 8 out 10 mark. my car was fixed and its running quite good so far but I have 2 issues: (1) my remote key fab was badly The service was ok. i will give 8 out 10 mark. my car was fixed and its running quite good so far but I have 2 issues: (1) my remote key fab was badly scratched. I just noticed it this morning, 2 days after my service was done. (2) my driverside floor molding was badly stained with grease, I talked to one of the boys bringing out the cars after service and he could not help me. Thanks More
