I hit debris from a large tree that had fallen on the parkway and could feel that the car was driving differently afterwards. Craig took the car for a drive himself and ultimately found that I'd caused s parkway and could feel that the car was driving differently afterwards. Determining it was still safe to drive, he rotated the tires, free of charge, and said if I still feel something, I should replace the tire. Trying the least expensive fix first...I think that's probably unheard of at most other dealerships. Thank you, again. More

Craig in service was more than helpful, he went above and beyond researching the details of my warranty with mazda to ensure i woudlnt have to pay for anything i didnt need to. In the end Craig confirmed mazda would cover my the cost of my repair with nothing out of pocket. i cant recommend wantagh mazda enough for their service and honesty. thank you! More
