Craig Rotter unprofessional and rude Went in for my Mazda CX5 for service.Craig felt it the car was too old and should not be serviced.Did not feel it would pass inspection.I took it to a Went in for my Mazda CX5 for service.Craig felt it the car was too old and should not be serviced.Did not feel it would pass inspection.I took it to another mechanic and the omissions test passed. He said I should just lease a car. A real moron! More

Service department was attentive to my needs I had a low tire pressure light on and entered service drive without an appointment. Service Writer greeted me and was able to bring my vehicle in the I had a low tire pressure light on and entered service drive without an appointment. Service Writer greeted me and was able to bring my vehicle in the shop immediately. Turns out the tire valve was leaking. Replaced the valve and had me on the road in about an hour. Great service. More

Another Great Experience Made an appointment to have my CX-5 infotainment center updated with Apple car play/Android Auto and to have my Nav system checked out for find addre Made an appointment to have my CX-5 infotainment center updated with Apple car play/Android Auto and to have my Nav system checked out for find address being grayed out at times. I always drop my car off the afternoon/evening before as I catch an early morning train to NYC. I received my appointment reminder in my email at the beginning of the week. I always ask if they can spare a loaner vehicle and forgot this time but Craig and Gary remembered and scheduled me one. When I arrived at Wantagh Mazda service I was processed quickly and they had my loaner car ready to go. The following day I received an email letting me know my car was done along with the cost. I was able to pay online with my CC which is convenient and saves me some time after a long day. When I arrived to pick up my CX-5 Craig got me all my paper work and explained to me that he discovered I had a faulty Nav card that was causing my issues with my system. He then walked me out to my car and explained to me about how to set up my Android Auto and showed me the phone cable they had provided with my upgrade. SInce I purchased my car I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Dealership and its service department especially. Thanks Guys More

great, no hassle experience I could have gone to a local Queens Mazda dealership but I chose Wantagh since if I had to wait a long time, I could stay with family nearby. Besides, I could have gone to a local Queens Mazda dealership but I chose Wantagh since if I had to wait a long time, I could stay with family nearby. Besides, Wantagh had service coupons which helped me save. Anyway Craig Rotter was my service manager and he was very friendly. I needed 3 jobs done, which included a recall. Craig decided to lend me a courtesy car which was great. I ended up waiting less than 2 hours for the jobs and that was to my pleasant surprise. No pressure and no sales tactics for other services! Would definitely recommend Craig and Wantagh Mazda. More
