Since his passing, I have had to step up . I live with two disabled young adults and my car need are very important. Craig relieves some of my fears. I have tried other dealers in my area and none can rate as well as Lake Chevrolet. I recommend them very highly.

I am a Senior Citizen and I was having trouble with my
Chevy Traverse. I called the dealership with whom I usually deal with is Craig Pozarski . When I called, I was told by John Webler that Craig was on

I asked who was handling his cases ,and John said ", We kind of all pitch in for each other." I told him my situation and told him I would have to have my car towed in . He didn't seem like he wanted to help me. After I hung up , I told my daughter, I don't think this guy is very friendly. When I had my car towed to the Dealership,I asked for John Webler and I was told that he was not at his station. Mr. Allen then stepped in and was going to help me when John came back. I approached him and was trying to tell him that we had spoken on the phone and I was there for my car. In the rudest manner ever John said ," What do you want me to do , miracles?" Then he gave my keys to Cameron Allen. I have always spoken so highly of Lake Chevrolet. My favorite Service Adviser is Craig Pozarski . I have never been so humiliated !! He said this to me in front of my tow driver , my daughter and Mr. Allen. I am a widow and have had to deal with car troubles myself. Hurry back safely Craig !!
