I traded in a 2015 KIA Optima for my 2024 Equinox. Still a month after the sale, I’m getting harassed by Auto Express for payoff that may or may not have happened by McCluskey and retrieval of a GPS t Still a month after the sale, I’m getting harassed by Auto Express for payoff that may or may not have happened by McCluskey and retrieval of a GPS tracker device that was to be returned to Auto Express, the previous lender for KIA. I have made repeated attempts to contact salesman for status of payoff and locator device, but have fallen on deaf ears. I’m very dissatisfied with my purchase and the lack of follow-up care I have received. Sell the car and go on to next sale is not good customer satisfaction. ##verydisappointedcustomer Sandi Taylor More

Craig was very easy to deal with. The building itself is very nice with free soda and Starbucks coffee. It has a pool table and area upstairs if you have a longer wait. He found exactly what I was looking for in a car and was quick to locate that car - I never felt pressured to buy nor did it feel like a transaction, but I felt like I was a person and being heard in what I wanted in a car so that it met mine and my family's needs. The overall dealership process was great too - it was nice to have "stations" as I completed the process, ensuring that I was all set up. I was told when I started to have transmission problems to take it to the dealer they would be the best one to fix the issues. My truck developed issues with the transmission around the end of December. I to take it to the dealer they would be the best one to fix the issues. My truck developed issues with the transmission around the end of December. I had it towed to the dealership and I’ve been very satisfied with Jayla. He kept me informed on how the repairs who were going how much it would cost and what would my next steps be so I got my truck back January 21 the transmission was supposed to have been repaired. February 1 my transmission started acting up again and I had to have it towed again to the dealership. Where it currently is. I probably will always stay with McCluskey Chevrolet because of the way they treated my wife in 2018. She bought the truck for me while I was out of town in 2018! Thank you for that. I have no doubt that you will take care of the transmission whatever it takes. Have a blessed day. More

Looking at the vehicle, it seems to have damage that is consistent with an accident which I was told was not in an accident which I specifically asked about to the sales person I was dealing with. You can tell there was a headlight repair and repairs done to the hood of the car. Also they charged me $1800 roughly to some kind of service fee pertaining to fixing up the car. I forgot the exact term but I also was not told about this fee, I only noticed it when I went back to read the paperwork that I signed. More
