I was told when I started to have transmission problems to take it to the dealer they would be the best one to fix the issues. My truck developed issues with the transmission around the end of December. I had it towed to the dealership and I’ve been very satisfied with Jayla. He kept me informed on how the repairs who were going how much it would cost and what would my next steps be so I got my truck back January 21 the transmission was supposed to have been repaired. February 1 my transmission started acting up again and I had to have it towed again to the dealership. Where it currently is. I probably will always stay with McCluskey Chevrolet because of the way they treated my wife in 2018. She bought the truck for me while I was out of town in 2018! Thank you for that. Looking at the vehicle, it seems to have damage that is consistent with an accident which I was told was not in an accident which I specifically asked about to the sales person I was dealing with. I forgot the exact term but I also was not told about this fee, I only noticed it when I went back to read the paperwork that I signed. More

This dealership is very shady in their business practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the tires were not in good shape at all. Had to go out and get new tires to make sure I could be safe on the road. Reached out to the dealership and was told 3 weeks ago that they would cover half the tires, which I was ok with. Was told today that they changed there mind and will no longer cover half of the tires. This is shady business practices. I would never recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. Awful experience! More
