I rated the service center well for what they did, but no one has actually answered other questions pertaining to our new car purchase via our salesperson or any other person over the sales department. Craig, in service, did a great job getting me scheduled for a service appointment. When I arrived, they immediately got my truck back in the service department. My wait was minimal. They had a vey comfort for a service appointment. When I arrived, they immediately got my truck back in the service department. My wait was minimal. They had a vey comfortable waiting area. Had a check engine light on for a glow plug and without an appointment, I just dropped my truck off and if they got to it then great for 2 days...they got it done and did an amazing job. Craig told me tha an appointment, I just dropped my truck off and if they got to it then great for 2 days...they got it done and did an amazing job. Craig told me that the diesel mechanic was extremely busy and couldn't make any promises but would try and both him and the mechanic came through with getting it resolved. Couldn't be happier. More

Craig and the service department have been aggressive at working to find and correct an ongoing problem with this vehicle. The most recent service took a new approach to the issue and we believe found the source of the defect. Some time will be needed to confirm this, but I feel positive about the results. Though all of this the work has been first rate and I have been kept up-to-date of the troubleshooting and repair progress at every step. More
