And let's not forget about Danny, who I believe is the supervisor. With this incredible team, it's impossible not to be tempted to purchase a Hyundai, especially if you encounter any difficulties. I am now on my sixth vehicle, which clearly demonstrates my loyalty. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I look forward to many more years of buying Hyundai cars! More

I had an appointment after waiting 1 month, when I got to the service part I was waiting for more than 30 minutes and when I asked they told me that I had to wait. When I complained because I had 30 minutes the service part I was waiting for more than 30 minutes and when I asked they told me that I had to wait. When I complained because I had 30 minutes waiting, they told me that they couldn't do anything else. A service person yelled at me that if I had any problem, I would talk to the manager. The manager was present and at no time did he address me. When you try to find another appointment at other dealers, they give you an appointment within a month and a half to three months. Who wants to buy or have a Hyundai under these scenarios Terrible and bad attention. More

2023 Tucson Hybrid. Issue with the hvac system for months (mainly a strange odor coming out of it) took it to service where they "fixed the issue" to not only still havi Issue with the hvac system for months (mainly a strange odor coming out of it) took it to service where they "fixed the issue" to not only still having the same problem. Called service and they gave me an appointment 30 days from now and told me to call Hyundai to deal w the issue sonner or go to another dealership. And she didn't even let me talk to the service manager.Turns out that they never replaced the cabin filter when i took it to service,It was moldy and full of crap, i wonder if they actually performed the oil change at this point. Never again will I buy from them let alone a Hyundai product. More

I left my brand new car for service because it had a leak which could not be detected but the car was flooded in the inside... there was a lake in the back seat floor. A month later... no news , impossible t which could not be detected but the car was flooded in the inside... there was a lake in the back seat floor. A month later... no news , impossible to talk to anyone or get a return call...Very upsetting and frustrating! Mr. Perry was going on vacation Mr. Wells was supposed to take over and call me within a week... It's been over a month! The only decent thing about this issue was that they gave me a loaner to move around. Three month old car! More

Horrible service center support - Rick Case Hyundai Weston. I'd like to suggest to anybody that's looking to purchase a car from Rick Case Hyundai – Weston to think twice. Once the purchase is ma Weston. I'd like to suggest to anybody that's looking to purchase a car from Rick Case Hyundai – Weston to think twice. Once the purchase is made, it's a completely different experience from the sales department’s didn't car service, especially at the one in Weston and implantation has been a horrible experience. I have purchased numerous cars and recommended cars to families and friends to the Rick case location, but I may think twice about it going forward My issue is that the lack of customer service skills by the service center teams makes me think twice about purchasing any vehicle with Rick Case in the future. I tried contacting my "service support" person Corey Wells numerous times by phone and by text with no response whatsoever it's been going on for at least a month. The topper today, when I called the 800 number to schedule an appointment, I was told that they didn't have anything for months out and their suggestion was I could take my car to another company to have them service it. I questioned the response of the customer service person that he suggested I leave Rick Case to go outside to have my car serviced. I may take him up on the offer and leave Rick Case for everything. Not Happy, More

I bought 3 cars from this dealership and will be buying more in the future. Yosuan and Glenn are a great team and made our experiences extremely pleasurable.
