Connor from the service center is very nice and helpful. He shows compassion and does a great job of returning calls and following up in the message app. I came in for service back in March, issues continue He shows compassion and does a great job of returning calls and following up in the message app. I came in for service back in March, issues continued. Problems with the vehicle are becoming larger and more complex. I haven’t had my original vehicle since March. I stand by my review, just because someone is nice doesn’t mean the service was good. I stood in front of the service desk for several minutes while 2 employees worked on the computers. Neither one looked up or acknowledged my presence. Following the service, the car was washed but none of while 2 employees worked on the computers. Neither one looked up or acknowledged my presence. Following the service, the car was washed but none of the glass was wiped dry. Spots over all the windows, looked worse than when it came in. More
