I think the service on the car was fine but the process was very frustrating. I scheduled service (oil change and tire rotation) at 1:00 but service on the car didn’t start until 2:30. Although I accept it can be busy, I don’t know what the point is in scheduling service when service starts more than an hour after the appointment time.
