My husband & I went to Ferman Chevrolet to test drive a 2022 Tesla model 3. We met up with our salesman Josh who was happy to help us. We test drove the Tesla around and showed us a few tricks about the ca 2022 Tesla model 3. We met up with our salesman Josh who was happy to help us. We test drove the Tesla around and showed us a few tricks about the car. He even didn't seem to mind when I tested the acceleration a bit which was the wow factor about this car. After the test drive we had another vehicle in mind that we wanted to test drive that Ferman didn't sell so we explained to Josh that we would be back if we decided on the Tesla. Josh was very understanding and not pushy at all which complimented our decision in the end. We went and test drove the other vehicle but just kept thinking about the Tesla and how much we liked it. We ended up coming back to the dealership that same night where Josh was ready to help us wrap up the deal. We felt like the whole experience was seamless even getting more than we expected for our trade in. The financing manager Dominick was pretty awesome, he didn't show any annoyance that we kept him so late and took his time explaining a lot of options for our purchase. The next day we brought the Tesla back to get cleaned and detailed, Dominick took time out of his busy day to meet up with us to show us in more detail some good tricks how to operate the functions of the complex computer system of the car. The whole experience was AAA+ and will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come to this dealership as we have full confidence the whole sales team is experienced, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with! More
