Felt my business meant something to him. I asked him many questions and he never let me feel
as if the questions I was asking him was burdensome or a waste of his time. He let me make up my mind without making me feel for a second that NOT buying the car would have been a waste of his time. That is the kind of individual you hope you encounter when going to a car dealership to browse, look, or seek information. I always felt he honestly cared about not only representing his employers interests but mine as well. He presented himself in a professional courteous manner at all times, even if I texted him
With questions on his day off at 10:00pm, which I did. lol. He was the consummate professional at all Times. This is the first time I have bought a car at Ferman Chevrolet, but because of “Mo”, it won’t be the last. Hope to come back when getting my son’s first vehicle in a few years and would refer him to any friends and family members that need someone they can rely on. Thank you “Mo” and thank you Ferman Chevrolet for hiring such a wonderful young man. He is truly a credit to your business, you should consider yourself lucky to have him.
