Perhaps it's because the last two vehicles I purchased were both from the same dealership and because I drive 60 80,000 miles per year. It's a well-run, well organized, clean service department. It's well stocked with bottled water and an excellent coffee machine. It's also wonderful that they are very dog friendly.
