Cody was professional, personable and listened to my needs & wants in a new car without talking over me. He was VERY knowledgeable yet did not go over my head explaining things. Cody’s approach was in a comfortable manner, unlike other dealerships I’ve worked with where the sales people were overaggressive. All other staff I came in contact with were pleasant and courteous. All in all I continue to recommend Hundai of the Desert. I love my car! More

I bought an IONIC 5 on June 11, 2026. I paid for all the taxes, license, registration for AZ. As of today, AZ DMV, has not received any paperwork. I have made no less than 6 phone calls i I paid for all the taxes, license, registration for AZ. As of today, AZ DMV, has not received any paperwork. I have made no less than 6 phone calls in the last two weeks to the dealership. I have left detailed messages with my phone number included. I've been ghosted! Ghosted by finance, ghosted by management, ghosted by sales. I've called CA DMV; no record. I called AZ DMV; No record. I went to my DMV in Yuma, AZ yesterday. I had to purchase temporary registration, they still ad no record. I had been operating the vehicle illegally for a month! So, I am going to escalate this. There has been NO service after the sale. Oh and by the way, If I need warranty work done, which I paid extra for, I am bringing my 2026 IONIC 5 to Palm Springs for service! I'm not going to name names (unless I have to, to complete this survey), I don't know who is at fault here. More
