Look up Case # 51650631 I bought a 2019 Nissan Altima and the AC is not working since I took it for a test drive. They took $700 to fix something else although I told them about the AC is not working. I and the AC is not working since I took it for a test drive. They took $700 to fix something else although I told them about the AC is not working. I scheduled a maintenance appointment after spending almost 4 hours waiting they told me the warranty didn't started yet it takes 60 days to start which is ridiculous ( no one told me about that) so if the car broke down I have to wait on the side of the road for 60 days. After the diagnosis the check engine light came on. I do frustrated. I was considering buying a new Nissan a couple of years from now but after this experience I have to reconsider. I wish people were more honest and respectful it's not only about selling cars. More

Easy to reserve service but website would not process request for service beyond regular maintenance even though service required was recommended by you on previous visit Service was preformed after I request for service beyond regular maintenance even though service required was recommended by you on previous visit Service was preformed after I had to switch advisor and wait for him to be available. When I arrived home with the vehicle I found greasy fingerprints on the interior. The service agent was very knowledgeable and helpful it appears to be your website and QC which need to be addressed More
