Brought my car in for it’s annual inspection, as I have it checked before my road trip. I mention I was hearing a squeaking sound when I made turn. Ended being my suspension. I was able to check-in just fine. But the price was higher than online when I made my appointment. Price was adjusted to match the quoted price. When it came time pick up the car, I was giving a lot of run around after calling in advance to pick up my vehicle after service closed. I was told that I was not able to pick up my vehicle even with my receipt. It was very inconvenient and unnecessary. Highly upset with the lack of service at this location. The sales reps were more interested in their clients trying to purchase newer vehicles than mine. More
