I have to bring my car in multiple times for the same issue. In my first visit, I scheduled a loaner car just for me to get there with no car waiting for me. Instead I had to go to enterprise. When I was issue. In my first visit, I scheduled a loaner car just for me to get there with no car waiting for me. Instead I had to go to enterprise. When I was informed my car was ready to be picked up, I was able to see the ambient light situation was not fixed just by looking at. I also had to call 3 times to get a yes or no answer to ask whether my car was fixed or not, just to not be called back and it not being fixed. In my most recent visit, I brought my car in and was told the problem was fixed, just for me to go in see it wasn't within a minute of them pulling it up. All it took was a light tap on the car to figure out the issue was not fixed. It takes me at least 2 visits to get anything fixed. I also said something about a squeaking from the engine only on a cold start and they called me a couple hours later telling me the car was ready, where they had no chance for a cold start. It feels like there is no communication and no reasonable investigation that the car was ever fixed before calling me to pick it up. It also feels like they are trying to fix it as quick as possible rather than with quality More

Seems professional, but not true Every time tells me different things. Never fix the real problems, the BREAK problem. Tell me all X7 has same problems while I have insurance. 'No need to change breaks pad or anything, when it's necessary, light or message will go on. After I spoke to BMW customer service, they asked to get details from the dealer, then they will escalate to high level. At that moment HE told me the only time light or message display is when break is cut. I must change tires, brake pad and rotor, PROBABLY break nosise will go away.' I am having very very bad experience with them More
