I had higher expectations for my recent service on my BMW with Christopher W. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. There were issues with communication and I later learned that the inspection I exp BMW with Christopher W. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. There were issues with communication and I later learned that the inspection I expected was never completed, only after I had already driven away. This left me feeling overlooked as a customer. I hope improvements can be made so future clients have a smoother experience. I would like to add that I have had excellent service many times with other service advisors over the past years. More

I would not recommend this dealership for any service. All I needed was a simple oil change. I left my car there for 6 hrs and when I reached out for an update, they told me they needed to keep it overnight. For an oil change. No apologies or anything when I picked up the car. No updates until I asked. If they can’t keep up with the service demand, then they should limit the number of appointments. This is a poorly managed place. People spends tens of thousands on these luxury cars just to be treated like this. Also… this is the only BMW service center that makes you pay for drinks and refreshments. WTH? More

Would not replace a battery under warranty they replaced a year earlier which was still within the 2-year warranty window. Told me I needed to have a draw test performed on the vehicle to determine why the a year earlier which was still within the 2-year warranty window. Told me I needed to have a draw test performed on the vehicle to determine why the battery was dead and not taking a charge. They never tested the original battery for faulty cells. After the draw test they told me that it was the rear defroster causing the draw. They pulled the fuse and told me I also need to have a junction box and front power distribution box replaced at $841.20 and $1770.00 respectively. Plus the $570 for the draw test, and $722 for a replacement battery. I told them do not do any further work on the car. Pull the fuse and just replace the battery. I took the care home and I brought it to my local specialist who diagnosed the car and found no draw coming from the rear defroster or any other component on that circuit. He performed voltage checks, draw tests etc. He put the fuse for the defroster back in and there is no draw, the defroster is working, and the battery is holding the charge. In my opinion, they incorrectly diagnosed the car, charged me for unnecessary items, including the battery, that should have been covered under warranty; especially since they did not test the originally battery which was likely the issue. I’ve reported this to BMW of North America who agreed the original battery should have been tested. In my opinion, they’re crooks and charge for parts that are not needed to inflate their commissions. Shameful and a disgrace to the Rallye name. More

I came in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and the usual general checkup on my 2024 BMW X3 M40i on 07/17/2025 at 12PM. I paid for the package that includes air filters for free (as well as man and the usual general checkup on my 2024 BMW X3 M40i on 07/17/2025 at 12PM. I paid for the package that includes air filters for free (as well as many other maintenance packages) and they didn’t touch my air filters at almost 10,000 miles which is ridiculous. I paid a lot of money for these packages just for the peace of mind. I booked an appointment and even with the appointment the service advisor said thy would not be able to get to my vehicle in the same day. I called for an Uber and paid for the transportation myself (I never selected the Lyft option on the online menu when scheduling the appointment because I was expecting it to be finished the same day). I paid out of pocket for transportation and the second I get home the service advisor texts me saying the vehicle is ready. Then I had to pay out of pocket all over again just to come back to the dealership. The porter who was responsible for bringing my vehicle to me must have thought I wasn’t looking because he thought it was a joyride. He was driving very recklessly with my vehicle & that worries me a lot. I am the type to park my vehicle a mile away in a parking lot if it means nobody will come near it. I am a car enthusiast and I chose Rallye BMW because I was under the impression that this dealership would take care of my needs and treat me & my vehicle with respect. I plan on keeping this vehicle and want to take good care of it and give it the respect it deserves. This is very ridiculous and unprofessional. I want to hear back immediately from the Service Manager. More

Chris handled my recall service perfectly, I had to get my VANOS bolts replaced and he gave me updates by the day. Super efficient; would recommend going to him every single time. my VANOS bolts replaced and he gave me updates by the day. Super efficient; would recommend going to him every single time. More

I have been leasing cars from Rallye for nearly 10 years. I continue to go there because of the staff, including the service dept. they are a pleasure to deal with. Larry Kim is excellent!
