Total Scam - Sold A Bad Vehicle, GM is Horrible- Bad Battery, Warranty Scam Horrible I would not use this dealership for any service at all. We purchased a vehicle on 12/20/21 and on 1/5/22 our vehicle Battery, Warranty Scam Horrible I would not use this dealership for any service at all. We purchased a vehicle on 12/20/21 and on 1/5/22 our vehicle was taken to a repair facility. We are now 1/13/22 and still without our vehicle. The vehicle was on the showroom floor when I went to view it. The salesman, Christopher Stoflet had to boost the battery because it was dead. I was told they “disconnected” the battery and that was the reason. I thought it was odd but took his word for it. As my daughter and I left with the vehicle for a test drive - the vehicle died on us. I immediately called the dealership and spoke to Christopher Stoflet in which he drove out to our location to boost the vehicle again. The vehicle is a 2016 with 40,800 miles so it isn’t like it was something too old, etc. We purchased the warranty they assured us was “great”! Lol as we all know that’s a croc of crap period. The General Manager, George Matthews is the biggest con artist period. I immediately called him on the day that my car was taken to the mechanic shop and I explained everything to him and how upset I was for what I was going through. I explain to him that the mechanic shop shared that the cost of my repair was an excess of $4000. $357 of this was for a new car battery. Explain to me, am I correct in being upset? Mr. Matthews proceeded to tell me “Do you want to fight or do you want my help?” Seriously, I expressed frustration with my car to him. He then asked that I send him a copy of what the mechanic had found wrong on the vehicle. I emailed him pages of what the mechanic had on the vehicle. Two days later I get a call from Mr. Matthews asking that I take my vehicle to them for an inspection. I’m guessing he never understood or paid attention from the beginning because my vehicle was sitting in a mechanic shop and not drivable. The dealership is over an hour away from where I live. I have filed a claim with the warranty company and all of the claim was declined except for $971. The warranty company stated they wouldn’t cover anything because they considered it pre-existing. Hi immediately reached out to Mr. Matthews to ask if there Dealership would at least help me cover the cost of the difference especially the cost of a battery. He sent me a rude text stating that it was basically my fault because I didn’t take my car to their shop and they would have found a way to repair the vehicle. Also he stated they would not reimburse any thing and offered me three platinum detail services. I did submit a complaint to their corporate office. From what I have read in other reviews from other people that have used this dealership and their services it seems that this is consistent with how they run a business. Please I repeat please do not do anything with this Dealership. I will make it my mission to make sure that I share this experience as it has hurt my family financially. I have not had my car but a little at two weeks and have driven it less than 600 miles since I purchased it 12/20. *SCAMMED* SOLD ME A VEHICLE IN BAD CONDITION DON’T USE THIS DEALERSHIP More
