Made my appointment online, very convenient. Was assigned Christoffer Reed, who met with me on my arrival and we discussed the service I was looking for. I needed 180,000 mile service for my 2005 Jeep Wrangler LJ. Mr. Reed looked up what was required, wrote an estimate, and got my approval prior to starting work. While my vehicle was being serviced, I received updates via text messages and personally from Mr. Reed. The work was completed in a reasonable time. This is my second visit to Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and both times I have been treated well and the work performed to my satisfaction. More

Took truck for oil change/recall on the tailgate & fuel filter change. After about an hour they came back and told me that it was my fault the tailgate was broken and that I would have to pay for it. Howev filter change. After about an hour they came back and told me that it was my fault the tailgate was broken and that I would have to pay for it. However, a certified Chrysler dealership performed the original recall repair. After the repair, I could not open the tailgate. When I returned for a repair on their work, they expected me to pay for not only that but parts the first Dodge dealership broke in doing the recall repair. More
