It's the closest center to my home. Too few employes for the number of clients. Had to wait long to be helped. Later also realized the cargo net was probably removed when they clean the car, but it was not put it back. I do not have a cargo net now. I use my car very little and I did not realize about it until a couple of weeks later. More

They were not at all helpful with my issues. Next day I went to another Subaru dealer, they took my concern seriously and the outcome is they are replacing my infotainment system. Person at Brown diagnosed the problem as fingerprints on the screen and wiped the screen clean. I reminded him it was a touch screen and asked how I could use it without my fingers. More

I'm not sure what has happened - tariffs? The prices for repairs seem to have increased at an incredible rate. For instance, the dealer wanted $590 for a battery replacement (this is not even an AGM battery). I went to Costco and got a 550ca 3 yr Interstate battery for $111 and replaced it myself. That price differential is insane! There were other services recommended that were also way overpriced, like a serpentine belt replacement for $290! I still feel like the people who work there are very nice and I appreciate their helpfulness and friendliness but unfortunately I cannot continue to bring my vehicle here for service. I will use a local mechanic who I trust for things that I cannot maintain or repair myself. More

Tech installed the wrong oil pan plug after recent oil change causing a leak over my driveway. Don't know how such a basic task was screwed up, but it was.This could have been a huge disaster.
