I was very fortunate to be paired with Chris Kraly when I went to the dealer to finance my leased vehicle. With the high interest rates and some personal issues, I wasn't sure if I wanted to start a new leas went to the dealer to finance my leased vehicle. With the high interest rates and some personal issues, I wasn't sure if I wanted to start a new lease or to finance. Chris listened to my situation and patiently explained multiple options to me that didn't exceed my budget. He was genuinely sincere and related to my personal dilemma. I didn't feel pressured or forced to be steered into any decision. He was extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns during the time I needed to think about my decision. Once I made my decision, he made the process super smooth and easy. Chris demonstrated professionalism, competence, kindness, wit, and charm. He will be my go to person when I am ready to lease a new vehicle, and I highly recommend him. Thank you Chris! I will be back soon! More
