I always have a good experience with Paul Conte Cadillac, both Service and Sales. Service Rep Ryan is relatively "new" there and very good. I have also worked for years with Service Reps John and Danny. Al both Service and Sales. Service Rep Ryan is relatively "new" there and very good. My car was in the shop 3 MONTHS WAITING FOR A PART ! This was unacceptable . The loaner car would not let me use my ez pass charging me inflated rates for tolls .
