I rate no star the service pertaining to the red paint we bought more than 6 months ago (and Paid for it 6 months ago) and I was told that is in backorder coming from China! If you're looking for somebody who has great product knowledge, iw patient and never lies, do not go see Jeff at Gettel Acura. He assured us we would get the pay out for our vehicle within a week so we knowledge, iw patient and never lies, do not go see Jeff at Gettel Acura. He assured us we would get the pay out for our vehicle within a week so we agreed to trade in our car to get one of theirs. Turns out, it actually takes 'several weeks' and that he had 'told us that' when we purchased the car. He very rudely told us that when we asked where our check was a week later. It has been an uphill battle to get our money and we had to go all the way to corporate to get our money. The sales manager Ray was ok but even he was hard to get ahold of when we needed to. The service manager Christine was helpful when we immediately has issues with our vehicle. Besides those two people, Gettel Acura is a horrible company and you should run the other way if you seriously think you want to purchase a vehicle from them More
