Went in for an oil change on a Saturday and had a warranty question. Tech took the information and said they would follow up with their service manager when he returned on Monday. Tech was extremely warranty question. Tech took the information and said they would follow up with their service manager when he returned on Monday. Tech was extremely friendly and oil change service was performed as expected. I never received a call back regarding the warranty question. I called and left multiple messages but never received a response and eventually gave up. I would give them a 5 star rating if they would have followed up with an answer. My rating reflects the fact that I never got a response. More
