awesome service everything you expect from a dealership. But i scheduled a service because Hyundai sent me a Service Special email. They did not honor price even though the special contained my vehicles VIN But i scheduled a service because Hyundai sent me a Service Special email. They did not honor price even though the special contained my vehicles VIN #, which would indicate the special was directed specifically for my vehicle. Also, they booked out over a month and included comments that i wanted a tire change over with service, they didn't tell me the additional cost until i checked vehicle in. $200 additional charge which is twice the cost anywhere else in town. I've always had a pretty pleasant experience at this Hyundai dealership. They are very open and communicative with you during the entire process of dropping your car off to get work done. The last few years it has gotten a little harder to get in but I really love that they offer Uber/Lyft. More

I think the system that you have in place for text messages and return phone calls need to be worked on. I texted at 4pm and 5:45 trying to get an update on my car. We did not receive a response. I received a phone call by Christian at 6:45pm and was told he tried to call me twice to have me come and get my car. I spoke to Christian in length the next morning about this. Although I doubt he tried to call me I have no way to prove he didn’t and will have to take his word for it. I haven’t heard very good things about your service department and this doesn’t make me think that those comments were wrong. More
