Unpleasant learning experience for first time buyer. Sales associate Matt Winter was great and pleasant to talk to, although getting ahold of him (let alone any employee) after the fact regardin buyer. Sales associate Matt Winter was great and pleasant to talk to, although getting ahold of him (let alone any employee) after the fact regarding questions I have has proved impossible. Finance manager turned out to be very shark like, using language like “throwing this in” to give the illusion that I was getting certain packages for free. Didn’t explain what contracts I was signing, snuck in some optional packages that he didn’t even mention to me. Now I understand at the end of the day, this is my fault for not reading what I was signing, but the way he laid out contracts for me to sign was very underhanded and not appreciated. I was also allowed to leave the business with my car, without being given the full contracts to warranties that I purchased, which is ridiculous by itself, and I have contacted the dealership multiple times to acquire these contracts with no success (I was told they’d mail them to me, over 2 months ago and I still have yet to see them) After this experience I’m confident that I will not be returning to this dealership for any reason in the future other than maintenance, and I’ll be recommending anyone in the market for a Toyota to steer clear of this place. More

Matthew was able to find us just the right Tacoma for our family! After selling us the car, he continued to make sure we were fully satisfied. Matthew is truly a professional and will recommend him to our friends and family...anyone looking for a car. Chris was also outstanding in the finance department. We selected a 2020 RAV 4 and had an appointment to do the final paperwork and pick up our car on a Saturday. Unfortunately we were missing an important piece of insurance paperwork. I was sure we would have to come back again another day. Rachel L saved the day by using our insurance company's website to get what was needed.
