After locating a vehicle I was interested in, I was able to set up an appointment online to look at the vehicle with Chris Smith to make the process go that much quicker. Chris had the vehicle waiting, but also took the time to find out and listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle. After discussing several possibilities, we ended up taking two for test drives. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time, and really seemed focused on getting me into a vehicle that would make me happy for years to come. I ended up buying a brand new Subaru because I know the quality and dependability the name stands for. Traci Roberts made the paperwork end of the visit a very pleasant experience.
