I was born and raised in Elgin, Illinois. I moved to Tucson in 1978 and graduated from Canyon Del Oro High School. I attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. I began my automotive career in 1993. I have been selling Subaru's locally since 2000. I enjoy spending free time with my family and friends.

An Awesome Experience I and my Wife began our new car search on line. This I highly recommend! We were not bombarded with Sales people upon our arrival and we showed up, te I and my Wife began our new car search on line. This I highly recommend! We were not bombarded with Sales people upon our arrival and we showed up, test drove two vehicles in mind and purchased one of them. The whole time we were treated with respect and on our limited time schedule, Tucson Subaru Staff, had us in and out in just over two hours. Attentive, courteous and dignified. Chris was responsive to my inquiries. He was genuinely interested in my experience - a professional woman transferred to Tucson and purchasing a car o Chris was responsive to my inquiries. He was patient while I assured myself that I was getting the best deal possible. Chris set up my Bluetooth before I drove off the lot. He also programmed my free SiriusXM to a classic rock station. Good Experience I was working with one sales guy via email for almost a year. I really liked the low key approach. This is a large purchase and one for which you sh I was working with one sales guy via email for almost a year. I really liked the low key approach. This is a large purchase and one for which you should spend time reviewing before spending that amount of money. Because of this, I finally made that step to go in and test drive a vehicle. When I went in, the salesperson I had been emailing was not available. So I had another one. He was very friendly and informational and we went on some test drives. When test driving a car--which is a big expense--I expect the car to have enough fuel in it to go as far as I need to go to test drive my future expense. The gas was on almost empty. That was disappointing. The finance guy was great -- best experience I have ever had with the finance department. Overall, a good experience compared to previous purchases at other dealers in the past 30 years. I started looking at Subaru's because my mechanic of many years recommended this vehicle. More

I came in and test drove the car I wanted and ended up buying it. I was very nervous pulling into Tucson Subaru. I have not bought a car through a dealership in a very long time. I have had nothing but negative experiences and rude sales people in the past. Tucson Subaru made me feel welcome right away. The process was painless and put me at ease. After several text messages we found a car that would fit our needs, unfortunately it didn't fit our budget. But Chris did not give up and found another car in our budget that fit us perfectly. When we arrived he had the car ready for us to test drive and we loved it. We then moved on to Tim in finance, he was wonderful and had us driving home in our new car in no time. I am the kind of person who gets very anxious and stressed by the car buying process. I must say though that working with Chris and Tim the process flowed quickly and with no surprises. I can't thank them enough. I am very happy with our purchase and the experience! More
