Chris was able to answer my questions about the vehicle and Traci expertly guided me through all of my warranty, extras, and financing options. Everyone made me and my sweet dog feel welcome (yes, I took my dog on the test drive and he stayed with us for the whole purchase process) and at the end of the day I felt like I had made the absolute right choice in purchasing my first Subaru. I also want to mention that at no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything that I didn't want and I think that Chris and the whole team gave me a very fair deal on my trade in and the final purchase price.
