A very different operating dealership. As I usually enter a dealership I am frequently swarmed by sales associates trying to "make a deal". At OKC Volkswagen they introduced themselves, As I usually enter a dealership I am frequently swarmed by sales associates trying to "make a deal". At OKC Volkswagen they introduced themselves, greeted me and asked if I had any questions please let them know. Mr. Noonan was the associate I worked with on a 2021 Toyota 4Runner TDR Off-Road, which was a fresh trade-in less than 1-2 days old. He did warn me that the vehicle was not prepped yet, but if I would like to see it I may. We test drove it, sat down and discussed the price, meet the manager (Mr. Maritt), and struck a deal. I proceeded to the finance department with Mr. Dusang and discussed options available to me. The whole process took less than 30 minutes maybe even less. This type of efficiency in and amongst a dealership and its' employees was GREATLY appreciated. I don't like wasting time on something that doesn't have to be complicated. These gentlemen are a true credit to their profession. I would be happy to purchase from them in the future. THIS IS HOW A DEALERSHIP SHOULD ACT AND TREAT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS! More
