I want to give shout out to Brian, the sales rep, and Ray, the sales manager for actually listening to what my needs and preferences were, and for not trying to steer me to something that they might need to unload rather than what I wanted to see and drive. They gave me the price they promised and all the fees were clearly stated, so there were no “gotchas” when we signed the papers. Bottom line, I got exactly what I wanted and nothing that I didn’t want. I need to replace 2 more cars this year, and I will drive the extra distance from my home to work with them again. More

I was looking for a certain vehicle and we found the vehicle. The dealership used deceptive tactics. I was transparent about my price expectations, and we agreed on the price over the phone. However, when I arrived and spent two hours on paperwork, they added 10-15% to the price in the form of options that I had repeatedly stated I did not want. The manager also pretended to be unaware of my earlier agreements, even though the lady on the phone (Nancy) explicitly mentioned confirming everything with him. Overall, I am very unhappy with the process. What should have taken an hour ended up taking around four hours. Thankfully, I caught the price discrepancies caused by the unnecessary options before finalizing the deal. P.S. I rated the employees relatively high because they were polite and tried to be helpful. It seems they were simply following a script or policy. More
