This worst place to get your truck to be serviced. I was there to have oil changed but the service rep. Victor Jimenez confronted me with some accusation that I have left bad review on the internet. I I was there to have oil changed but the service rep. Victor Jimenez confronted me with some accusation that I have left bad review on the internet. I wasn't sure what he was talking about. I asked if he can explain what he meant. I realized that he remembered me from a previous visit that took they had my truck for 3 days without fixing the issue I have to the radio. Absolutely I wasn't happy, however, I haven't written any bad review on any social or internet. I wasn't happy. It was true and that what I told him but I haven't leaving any bad review on the internet. But now I do want to leave a review about the whole incident. After quick encounter and bad mouthing me about the review that I have no idea what he was referring to. The matter was escalated to service manager. Unfortunately, the manager cared less and sided with his service rep. I was very disappointed. I declined service and left the store. It was very unprofessional and lacking competence even to listen to their customers. Victor Jimenez lacking all aspect of professionalism. My family bought most of their vehicles from this dealer. We are very proud of the service they provided until the new owner took over. I don't think it is managerial issues but It think it is at service rep. and their manager who are running very poor service pushing customers to look nearby dealer to get the service done. Very disappointed ! More

Best and easiest transaction I have ever had at a dealership. I emailed about a used vehicle and Jose got right back with me. We set up a time to meet the next day.
