I recently visite Harbor Chevrolet and leased a 2024 Equinox EV and their service was top notch. From the moment I arrived everyone was courteous and friendly. The paperwork process was quick when it normally tends to be long and tiring, and the car was ready within minutes to take it home. Avoid this dealership at all cost , travel to rotolo chevrolet the distance is worth the trip , I purchased a used 2017 buick encore , took for a test drive and the a.c did not work , thus should have b chevrolet the distance is worth the trip , I purchased a used 2017 buick encore , took for a test drive and the a.c did not work , thus should have been caught at there inspection , never the less dealership promised to fix which they did , it took 2 trips to from ontario , not even a were sorry for the inconvenience , 2 days later the check engine light goes on , it was diagnosed as turbo failure , at this point asked the dealership to refund my money or put me in another car , both were denied , lucky for me it is covered under rhe manufacturer warranty , but 1 month out on part , not even a rental car was offered , took the car to puente hills chevrolet , a total different and professional dealership , I'm currently waiting for diagnosis but a 2024 chevrolet trax was given since it would be covered under the manufacturing warranty , so avoid harbor chevrolet at all cost it will save you in the long run , harbor chevrolet also adds $1500 for paint and interior warranty and $1500 for an alarm system , so like I said AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP you will save alot of money and future frustration More

After our test drive, we were told there was a necessary add-on package of almost $5,000. That raised the price by almost 50%. Alex offered to bring his manager over to discuss it, but since th necessary add-on package of almost $5,000. That raised the price by almost 50%. Alex offered to bring his manager over to discuss it, but since the manager was already offering us much less for our trade-in than Edmunds & Kelly Blue Book appraisal, we lost interest. We left, & the manager didn’t even lcome over to say goodbye. We are sorry for Alex having to work for such an indifferent manager. We were disappointed with this experience. More
