Avoid this dealership at all cost , travel to rotolo chevrolet the distance is worth the trip , I purchased a used 2017 buick encore , took for a test drive and the a.c did not work , thus should have b chevrolet the distance is worth the trip , I purchased a used 2017 buick encore , took for a test drive and the a.c did not work , thus should have been caught at there inspection , never the less dealership promised to fix which they did , it took 2 trips to from ontario , not even a were sorry for the inconvenience , 2 days later the check engine light goes on , it was diagnosed as turbo failure , at this point asked the dealership to refund my money or put me in another car , both were denied , lucky for me it is covered under rhe manufacturer warranty , but 1 month out on part , not even a rental car was offered , took the car to puente hills chevrolet , a total different and professional dealership , I'm currently waiting for diagnosis but a 2024 chevrolet trax was given since it would be covered under the manufacturing warranty , so avoid harbor chevrolet at all cost it will save you in the long run , harbor chevrolet also adds $1500 for paint and interior warranty and $1500 for an alarm system , so like I said AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP you will save alot of money and future frustration More

After our test drive, we were told there was a necessary add-on package of almost $5,000. That raised the price by almost 50%. Alex offered to bring his manager over to discuss it, but since th necessary add-on package of almost $5,000. That raised the price by almost 50%. Alex offered to bring his manager over to discuss it, but since the manager was already offering us much less for our trade-in than Edmunds & Kelly Blue Book appraisal, we lost interest. We left, & the manager didn’t even lcome over to say goodbye. We are sorry for Alex having to work for such an indifferent manager. We were disappointed with this experience. More

This was the most amazing time I have had at a dealership. We went to a dozen places before this to pick out our car. We were fortunate to have met and been assisted by Manny Alba. We have made numerous car purchases and Manny was the first sales rep that I felt was honest and sincere. He educated us on all the features over and beyond what we have experienced in the past. If He did not have a clear answer to a question (which maybe occurred twice) He said He did not know and would then find the correct answer. How many reps has everyone experienced that you knew they didn’t know and would throw out some erroneous answer? I would recommend Manny to anyone that is planning to visit Harbor Chevrolet 👍 More

Salesman wrote a number for the price of the car we wanted and then came back with some other guy--a manager?--and they did a good cop/bad cop routine on us with a price 5K beyond what we talked about--and what the price was online. They told us that an alarm and some kind of coating for the door trims was not optional and included in the price. We told them that we didn't want those things and were about to leave and then they came down on the price. But it was too late because they had told too many falsehood and lost out trust. We left. It was awful. It was the worst experience I've ever had buying anything. There's more to this story--including an accusation of racism toward us--but the salespeople at Harbor Chevrolet have wasted enough of my time today. I'm being generous by even writing this because one of them could actually read this and use it to better their practices. They don't deserve my critique. Please do not go to these people. I'm skeptical of the 5-star reviews here. They seem a little to chipper to be real. You've been warned. More
The team at Harbor Chevrolet made the experience of buying our Tahoe like no other. Sergio made seeing the car so convenient for us since we have a 1 year old at home. Alan was friendly and never put any pressure on us. He advocated for us through all phases of the negotiation, finance and intro to the vehicle processes. Matt helped make sure our trade in vehicle was appropriately valued which allowed us to get out of our lease early. Other members in the sales department were friendly and checked in to make sure we had water and everything else we needed. Luis made the finance process quick and easy. He even talked to our credit union to get us on the road in our new Tahoe in no time! Thank you again to the Harbor Chevy team for taking great care of us! More
