Having bought my last 3 vehicles from the same dealership and same sales professional, using a different dealership can be stressful. Hawk had exactly what I was looking for. Chris B from sales was real easy to work with. Knowledgeable and quick to respond to any inquiries. Chris also followed up after the sale to make sure everything was satisfactory. Andrew the sales manager handled the details of my sale. Very good communication, simple straightforward and smooth transaction. The service department took care of a few items following the sale. Josh from service was helpful. There was one minor hiccup after the sale, but the dealership stood behind their word and went above and beyond to make things right. In the end I am a very pleased with my experience at Hawk Ford and the entire team from Management to the Service Department. Thank you! More
