Stopped in to drool and dream, drove home with new 4 Runner! We were "just looking"! We had just started looking online at 4 Runners recently, having previously owned them, wanting to go back to owning one agai We were "just looking"! We had just started looking online at 4 Runners recently, having previously owned them, wanting to go back to owning one again. We knew we'd buy one at some point, but we thought it would likely be a base model, and probably a few months down the road. We saw a TRD Off Road that we were interested in on White River Toyota's website, and drove over to see it. As soon as we walked in, we met Marty! His genuine warmth and sense of humor immediately put us at ease, made us feel welcome, and like he would take very good care of us! Marty wanted to know what WE were interested in. He helped us understand the differences between options and packages, and answered any and all questions we had thoroughly and professionally. He provided us with info re: current inventory, making sure to assess our wants, needs, and preferences so that he could match those with what was there on the lot. He was professional, yet down-to-earth at the same time, and made the process just so darn easy! We ended up test driving the Off Road (the one we were REALLY dreaming about!), and we were interested in how the numbers looked if we wanted to trade our car for that one. After the initial take on the numbers, we were off on the difference price by enough to feel like it would probably not work out on this model after all (but honestly expected that would likely be the case). We all exchanged lot of humor about the situation, but approached it honestly and fairly, with conversation on both sides of where we were both coming from. Marty worked for us, was able to narrow that gap, and made the sale happen for us so we drove our DREAM VEHICLE home that very same day! Marty, Kelly and Chris worked hard as a team to make this happen for us - AND, we had fun in the process! WOW! Thank you ALL! No games like constantly going back and forth with the sales manager, or insisting on how much I want to spend each month. Just a bottom-line, transparent transaction. Working with Alexis as my salesperson and Bill as sales manager was a pleasure, and Chris made the financial paperwork pain-free, especially considering how late he had to stay. More

We had gone to two dealerships in Vermont (one Toyota and one Ford) before a friend suggested we stop in at White River Toyota. Sarah Reynolds came to our assist immediately - answered questions, let us try the truck and never pressured us to make a "quick decision". - we had been pressed to make a quick decision at a different dealership. We decided to go with White River Then we met with Bill Severance and Chris Hatch - both men were again inviting and did not rush us into anything. We will highly recommend White River Toyota to friends - especially Sarah who made us feel like family. Thank you to all the Sales Department and we expect the Service Department will be just as exceptional! More

had a great experance I have bought 3 Toyota's from other dealers in the last 6 or 7 years,I couldn't get a deal from White River Toyota,,this time I was heading that weeke I have bought 3 Toyota's from other dealers in the last 6 or 7 years,I couldn't get a deal from White River Toyota,,this time I was heading that weekend to Portland Maine when Alexis called for a followup on a quote,I told her how she stood and she called me back with a deal I couldn't say NO too,She did a great job in final sales and finance did a great job to get me lowest finance charges,They even found a scratch that I didnt see when looking at it on the final pickup and went over and above to get that fixed like new,,Will for sure check with White River Toyota next year when I am going to be looking for a car for Fla. and I love the 2018 Toundra TRD sport that I bought and my 2016 Tacoma TRD will make a great pickup for someone,,that was a great truck I just needed a larger one to haul a trailer to Fla this fall More

Accepting change is hard I was heart broken when I was told my 13 year old Toyota Tacoma wasn't going to make it. We had been through so much together.
