The car I purchased needed a little bit of work before I could drive it off the lot, so they gave me a rental at ther expenses. They are definitely the best car dealership around, and Christopher Hatch is truly amazing. More

I really don't like buying a car, so it was with some hesitation that I filled out the WRJ Toyota website form and contacted them about a Sienna they' I really don't like buying a car, so it was with some hesitation that I filled out the WRJ Toyota website form and contacted them about a Sienna they'd just listed. Came in to get a test ride and Chris was not only pleasant to deal with, but knowledgeable and helpful the whole time. After that we even managed to settle on a price over email, which saved me a ton of time and hassle. Pickup day was hectic, but everyone was there to help us make things smooth. Thanks to the whole crew, we really enjoy the van and look forward to years and years of great service too! More

(strongly recommend making apts) He was great from the start. He never attempted to do any form of high pressure sales on us, or have us attempt to get us a car outside of our price range. We found the car we had been hoping for and he made the sale process painless. Even while we waited for the paperwork to go through Chris was good at making sure we had all we needed and never let us feel neglected. I highly recommend White River Toyota and Chris Hatch!!! More

From there we searched- test drive #1- was great- he was very informative. We went back to the drawing table and I chose a 2nd car- which was the one! NOT once did he try to push the car I didn't like, and was very understanding of my many questions- he answered them truthfully. Chris is an amazing "sales guy" and if I would definitely send ANYONE to him. He was truly wonderful! More
