This time our salesperson, (as our usual "go-to" salesperson, Bill, had been promoted since our last visit) was Kasia and she was very friendly, helpful and attentive. This was our first time leasing and had many questions. She was able to answer them like a pro and wasn't afraid to ask her sales manager (our old friend, Bill) if there was something she wasn't sure about to make sure we had the correct answers.
