All in all a great experience! Brian was very helpful in showcasing each of the vehicles I was interested in while giving me the space to make a decision. Lastly, Sheldon helped secure a test drive for me while Brian was out - despite not being a direct customer, he was courteous and open to discussing any questions I had regarding my search. On the first day I visited, she had no problem pulling up four cars for me to look at, ensuring I had plenty of options to consider. Her warmth and helpfulness was consistent throughout the entire process, it made me feel confident and well taken care of! I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a car! White River Toyota seems like a nice and professional place as well.
