I had my bmw battery replaced and oil changed after a long trip. Andrew took a very good care of my car, tire was aired and car was cleaned. I did not use the loaner car this time. Purchased a CPO 2020 BMW X5M with them and the complete process of choosing vehicle (online), financing, spare-parts was smooth and relaxing (across all the teams involved). Saw the same kind of expressions on other customers over at the dealership at that time. I had earlier been to a bigger BMW dealer near my home, but they did not give me good vibes. But when I drove to Bridgewater BMW even though they being more than 30 mins drive away, I knew I made the right choice. Lets see how their service department performs when I have an upcoming oil change with them in couple of days. More
