I had my bmw battery replaced and oil changed after a long trip. Andrew took a very good care of my car, tire was aired and car was cleaned. I did not use the loaner car this time. Jose, a college marketing student trainee at bmw gave me a ride and picked me up w a brand new M7 to the nearby mall for shopping. Lorrie squeezed me in for the last minute appointment, Christ greeted me as a long time friend. What a treat from Bridgewater BMW! Thanks as always to Gailon and Mike for supporting!!! More

First and foremost, the staff at bmw bridgewater was incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel like a valued customer. The service advisors were knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the quality of the service itself was top-notch. The technicians at bmw bridgewater were highly skilled and thorough in their work. They diagnosed and resolved the issue with my vehicle efficiently, ensuring that it was running smoothly by the time I left the dealership. Additionally, I was impressed with the efficiency of the service process. The appointment scheduling was convenient, and the service was completed within the estimated timeframe. I have been going to this dealership since last decade+ years for new car purchase or lease and followed with regular servicings, and was never disappointed of their a) hospitality, b) quality of service years for new car purchase or lease and followed with regular servicings, and was never disappointed of their a) hospitality, b) quality of service and c) friendliness of staff. A special mention to Manjula Biju who is exceptional in the whole sales process, cares and understands the customer priorities well. I believe I have had one of the best dealer experiences ever in many many years. I wish them all the very best and continue to serve the community better each year pass by. More

The experience with BMW Bridgewater is great again. Mark Ongsiako, picked up our needs (as previous point of contact left the dealership) and honored all the right commitments made to us. He is impeccable, honest, friendly and super helpful. He not only made us aware of the benefits that we can get but also was transparent on payment options that we can choose. He eased the entire process (from booking to shipping till delivery) of getting the vehicle home. I would recommend to be at BMW Bridgewater as to go dealership and Mark as to go person. More

Purchased a CPO 2020 BMW X5M with them and the complete process of choosing vehicle (online), financing, spare-parts was smooth and relaxing (across all the teams involved). Saw the same kind of expression process of choosing vehicle (online), financing, spare-parts was smooth and relaxing (across all the teams involved). Saw the same kind of expressions on other customers over at the dealership at that time. I had earlier been to a bigger BMW dealer near my home, but they did not give me good vibes. But when I drove to Bridgewater BMW even though they being more than 30 mins drive away, I knew I made the right choice. Lets see how their service department performs when I have an upcoming oil change with them in couple of days. More
